Email Dick Harlow

Dick Harlow, the founder and managing partner, is both a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and a Member of the Court of the Table (COT). He has been president of both his local and state Life Underwriters Associations. He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), as well as a recipient of many National Quality and Sales Achievement Awards. His association ties are testimony to his commitment to ethical conduct and sound education as the basis for industry professionalism.

In 1996 he was inducted into the Virginia Association’s Insurance Hall of Fame. He is a past President of the Association of Health Insurance Advisors (AHIA). Dick is also a qualified instructor for continuing education in Virginia and has sat on the licensing exam review board as well as the State Continuing Education Board.

He has been a resident of Reston, Virginia for more than 30 years. Dick is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and numerous other states for the sale of life and health insurance products. Dick is the author of many magazine articles and one book. Dick has earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and Certified Benefits Consultant (CBC).

Email Victor Mier

Victor Mier, Jr., CLU, LUTCF was educated at the University of Virginia and the American College. He has received professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). He is a past president of the Northern Virginia Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and past recipient of its coveted President's Cup. His awards include the National Quality Award 16 times, and 15 years as member of the President's Honor Council with his company, as well as National Sales Achievement Awards 11 times. Victor lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife, Loma. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Fairfax Choral Society and on its finance committee.

Email Howie Feldman

Howie Feldman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland. He received his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation from the American College. Howie also earned his Chartered Benefit Consultant designation. He has been in the insurance business since 1990 and became a partner with The Harlow Group in 2006.

He is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the National Association of Health Underwriters, and the Association of Health Insurance Advisors. Howie is an active member of the Potomac Business Alliance chapter of BNI that meets at the Lowes Island Country Club in Potomac Falls, Virginia.

Howie lives in Brambleton, VA with his wife Laura, son Danny and dog Izzie. Howie is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, and North Carolina to sell life and health insurance products.
